This invitation suite is one inspired by one of my all time favorite love stories of a couple I have worked with. When I can, I love to incorporate details I have learned when they tell me their story. For this couple, it was all about the stars aligning. Jonathan proposed in New Zealand and Brenna was telling me about the stars in the Southern Hemisphere. I had recently been in Africa and knew all about it. First Venus appears, then the stars light up one by one to form the southern cross. It’s magical and from that common bond we came up with a beautiful “Our Love is Written in the Stars” wedding invitation suite. The invitation features a bold font in gold ink and the southern hemisphere constellation is printed on the back and used as an envelope liner. We playfully use “Are the Stars Aligned?” to ask guests to respond.
